3/4 – 1lb corned beef from the deli (if you can get this sliced, not chipped, it works best)
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 can (NOT DRAINED) of a good quality sauerkraut
4 oz swiss cheese
2tbsp yellow mustard (more if you like mustard!)
Soften cream cheese to a mixable consistency. Stir in the sauerkraut. Chop the corned beef into 1 inch pieces and stir it, along with remaining ingredients together. Bake on 350 until bubbly. Serve on toasted RYE bread!
