I hate coleslaw. Period. The only place I’ve ever eaten it from was Gioninos when I worked there in high school. I will, however, eat this cole slaw. It’s sooo good and it’s amazing on top of pulled pork sandwiches.
1 package of ANGEL HAIR shredded cabbage (or shred your own, super super fine)
1 cup KRAFT REAL MAYO or HELLMANS MAYO- preferably the Kraft. Some things I’m not a brand snob on, but certain things just taste better. Don’t use some off brand and for heaven’s sake, please don’t even attempt this with Miracle Whip or some other “salad dressing”. You’d disgrace the slaw!!
1/4 cup sugar
3 tsp white vinegar
Mix the sugar and mayo together. Let set for 10 minutes for sugar to dissolve. Add vinegar and mix well again. Pour over the cabbage. Chill at least 2 hours.
